"We bump along the unpaved road in the back of a pickup truck to reach our property where our cows graze.  When we pass him on his horse, likely headed to the markets of the neighboring town, he smiles big.  His life in rural El Salvador, working on the farms, in the unforgiving heat, is arduous.  But his smile says he wants for nothing more."
